Smudging Steps:
Open all windows, front, & back door.
Light your sage bundle & let it burn for 30 seconds before blowing it out.
Start at the back of your space & work your way to the front, making sure to hit every corner of every room.
 
Repeat the following:
“Into this smoke I release all energy that doesn't serve me, all negativity that surrounds me, & all fear that limits me. I cleanse this space with light and loving energy. & so it is.”
 
Once at the front door hit the four corners of the door.
Demand all energies less than light to leave your space.
Slam the door shut & close all windows to ensure that the negativity won't creep its way back in!
